Contract Agreement
Invoices / Orders
A deposit is required to secure your date and order. 50% of the invoice shall be paid by the customer within 24 hours from the time it was placed, unpaid invoices will be cancelled.
After deposit has been paid, a new invoice will be generated; however, prices are subject to change.
Order will not be fulfilled if final payment is not received 3 days prior to pick-up/ delivery.
If customer changes original delivery/pick-up date, additional fees may apply.
We highly recommend placing your order 2-3 weeks in advance to secure your date.
For Next Day orders, there is a $75 rush fee added.
All rush orders must be paid in full at the time of order.

Cancellation
In view of the nature of the service, orders can only be canceled within 24 hours of confirmation.
Changes to your order (size, description, flavors, etc.) will be accepted only 1 week prior to the event
date. After that lockout date, we cannot accept any changes.
Deposit
50% deposit is required when an order is placed to confirm the date and begin preparations. A remaining balance will be due 3-4 days prior to pick-up/delivery date to prevent cancellation of the order. To reinstate canceled orders, full balance must be paid.
Payment(s) and thru Zelle or Venmo, validate your signature and agreement to the Terms of Services of this contract. Securing full or partial payment also confirms that you agree that certain creativity changes may be made to your final design for the sake of stability, structural integrity, or other certain emergencies.
Food Quality
Our goal is to provide the highest quality food with a delicious taste. Menu items include milk products such as butter, buttermilk, heavy cream, sour cream, cream cheese, and chocolate. Also including food coloring (dye), tree nuts (coconut, peanut, pecan, walnut, hazelnut, almond, pistachios, macadamias) and decorative glitters/dusts (luster dust, twinkle dust,
sparkle dust, highlighter, shimmer powder, pearl dust and petal dust).
Designs/ Colors
Inspirational pictures are welcome. We will incorporate all major themes of treat examples. Colors will be interpreted to the best of our ability. In addition, photography can make colors appear differently as well. We make every treat unique to Sugar Bliss Studio, LLC.
Packaging and Decorations
Our treats are securely packaged. They are arranged with different type of straws; colorful, metallic, or clear plastic. We have bows that are available for an additional fee.
Order Pick-up / Delivery
All orders must be picked up at the scheduled pick-up time. If orders are not picked up in a timely manner, the order may have to be picked up the following day.
Our delivery fee is $10 minimum for any delivery within 10 mile radius of our location.
Deliveries over 10 miles are $2.50 per mile.
If you do not prepay for delivery on your invoice, your order will not be delivered.
It is confirmation that you are satisfied with your order upon receiving your order or when it is delivered. If you have any issues regarding your order during pick-up/ delivery, you must let us (Sugar Bliss Studio, LLC) know at that time as we are not responsible for product(s) thereafter.
When transporting your treats / Choco flan, we highly recommend placing them flat on the floorboard of your vehicle and running the air conditioner.
